A native of Jacksonville, “Clem”, as she is affectionately referred to by her family and friends, has been in the real estate industry for nearly 26 years. Clem is a proud mother of two sons, Breon and Janaro; five grandchildren  Janaro Napoi Jr.,  Breona  Antonisha, Treyvon Isaiah, Kaleb Scott and Aaliyah Nicole. They are the joy of her life. Her family is most important to her and in her spare time she likes to walk, read and shop.

As the Broker and Owner of Midtowne Realty Group, she continues to provide excellent customer service by providing you professional and personalized service to meet your specific needs. And conducting business in an ethical and honest manner.

Clem enjoyed a successful career for 30 years with Bellsouth, most of it in the Major Account Center assisting large companies with their telecommunications needs where she received numerous awards for sales, leadership and service.

During her transition into real estate, she received her training working with two of the premier real estate companies in Jacksonville.  For eight years, she worked as a part time agent with Century-21 Stalvey-Matthews. Prudential Network Realty is where she began her full time career where she was consistently a Top Producer, Top Lister, Top Transaction and Top Sales. Listed as top 8% of agents nationwide and winning The Presidential Circle Award.

Clem, has been an accomplished licensed realtor since 1985; certified in in the following:

I worked for AT&T for 37 years, retired in 2004. I am a native of Jacksonville, Florida. I am a graduate of Northwestern Senior High School; Class of ‘64 and I attended Daytona Beach Community College. My husband, Eddie and I are the proud parents of two children; Mizell and Gejuan; three grandchildren; JaJuan, Jayda and Jourdyn; great-grandparents of Jaidon, Joshua and Josiah

In 2004, I became a realtor, having the passion for customer service and seeing the faces of happy customers, solidified my decision to become an agent. A native of Jacksonville, graduated of Jean Ribault High School. I am married to my beautiful wife, Tyneka. We have three wonderful children ranging from the ages of 12 to 19; Janaro, Treyvon and Aaliyah, respectfully. Spending time with my family and friends brings me much joy and fulfillment.

For the past 19 years I’ve worked as a Merchant Marine. However, real estate has always been a part of my life. So joining Midtowne Realty Group, seemed natural with the guidance of my mother, Ms. Jackson, Broker and Owner.   As a realtor, I specialize in residential properties. I am detail oriented; bringing an abundant of energy, creativity and experience resulting in a stress free experience with all their real estate needs. As a Jacksonville, Florida native, raised on the Northside of Jacksonville, I attended local schools and graduated from William M Raines Sr High school. I have a bachelor’s degree in Management and have obtained my MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. I am married, and we are blessed with four children from this union.

In 2006, I completed my passion and became a licensed Real Estate Agent (Realtor) and a Notary Public. I launched my career and joined two other real estate companies before joining Midtowne Realty Group in 2011. Roderick Frazier is a Jacksonville native, 1993 graduate of Andrew Jackson High.  After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force were he served in the AWACS 552nd Air Control Wing under the leadership of Brigadier Gen. Silas Johnson and then Colonel Edward Rice (General).  Being an AWACS airman, Roderick deployed to many places globally that taught him adeptness of self-start, leadership, teamwork and discipline.  Roderick received numerous medals and citations during his 4 year enlistment, but decided to take his talents to sea, then becoming a United States Merchant Mariner.  Already have the internal drive, he worked his way from being the Deck/Engine Utility where his daily duties consisted of cleaning shipboard areas and assisting senior crew, licensed and unlicensed crew the same.  Roderick upgraded his skills throughout the years by attending classes pertaining to job advancement, leadership and personal development, and different courses on how to work with others.  After losing his mother in 2002, he decided to become an Engineering Officer by subjecting himself to the vigorous engineering study material and passed all test required to become a Third Assistant Engineer Unlimited Tonnage and Unlimited Horsepower.   Wanting more out of his career and to become a mentor to others, especially kids from his community, Roderick worked his way up to the top, becoming an Chief Engineer, being one of the few of African descent to accomplish this position.  October 1, 2015 tragedy struck the entire maritime family and cities around the United States with the sinking of the Ponce Class steamship named the SS EL FARO.  Roderick was once an engineer on the EL FARO, and sailed with majority of the crew throughout his 20 year career at sea, some were friends some were like family.  While assisting various families of crew from the EL FARO, Roderick decided he could help others achieve their dreams, seeing some of his friends lost at sea never fully achieving their life goals, so he decided to enter the excited field of Real Estate.   Roderick has a personal goal to help 1,000 families fulfill their dreams by gaining the numerous internal and external benefits of homeownership, he wants to do this in 6 years.  We are excited having Roderick apart of our Dream Team.
